Lesson 5 of 7
UGC ads
An ad shot like a person talking to their phone camera — the format that feels least like an ad. The studio writes the script beat by beat and renders it with one AI influencer, showing the price first.
Where to find it
Get customers → Ads → UGC ads, or Make a UGC ad on the Ads page. Tabs: Make an ad, Scripts from the team, All videos and Auto mode.
An ad in one press
01
Who is on camera
A face from the cast, one of your influencers, your own photo, or someone described in words.
02
What it is about
One line — the offer, the pain, the people it is for. Empty, the producer picks from your brand documents.
03
The output
Up to 15 seconds, 9:16, 480p, the draft version — change any of it. Press Make the ad: the script is written and rendered in about five minutes.
Write the ad yourself
Advanced shows the beats, each with what is said and what the camera sees, and a word meter: about two words fit a second, so a 12-second ad holds 26 words. Pick a setting — kitchen table, desk, sofa, parked car, mirror, walking outside, café — or add your own photos of the outfit, the place and the product. Spoken in sets the language, from twelve. Then Render the ad.
Scripts from the team: Write 4 scripts (25 credits) brings four hooks and four pains from your brand, each with three other first lines. Use this script loads one to change and render. Scripts from a God's Eye study of a competitor's ads open here too.
What it costs
25 credits to write the script, then the render by the second — 4 a second for a draft at 480p, up to 31 for the best at 720p. A 15-second draft at 480p comes to 85 credits in all. A failed render costs nothing.
Good to know
- One speaker per ad.
- Screens are always turned away from the camera. To show your site, use the video studio with a screenshot marked Screen.
- 4 to 30 seconds; up to 10 renders a day per profile.
What works
- Test the first line, keep the rest. Run the same ad with its other first lines on a small budget each and keep the one that holds people — every script comes with three.
- The person stays honest. An AI person has never used your product, so the scripts have them show and explain it and never say they bought it — advertising rules in the US, the UK and the EU forbid made-up testimonials. A real customer's words can be quoted from your facts, as theirs.
- Want to speak as yourself? Pick Your own photo and say it in the line — “me, the founder, on why I built it” — and the script speaks for the business.
- Found the winner? A real customer or creator saying the same script is the strongest version of it.
Asked about this
Do I have to write the script?
No. One-press mode writes it; Write 4 scripts brings four; or write the beats yourself.
Which languages can it speak?
Twelve, including English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German and Italian. The default follows your site.
The video is marked as AI. Can the person say they use my product?
No. The label tells viewers the person is not real, but “I've used it for a month” is still a claim nobody made, and the rules on testimonials apply to what the ad says. Showing and explaining the product is fine — and the studio switches on the AI label for you on TikTok and YouTube.
