No sign-up to learn. The practice runs in the studio, with a free week of 1,000 credits. A card is taken at checkout and nothing is charged for 7 days. After that, Creator is $59 a month unless you cancel.

If you run a small business

Sound familiar?

  • I can build the product. Getting people to buy it is the hard part
  • I post when I remember, and nothing happens
  • Everyone says do SEO, be on TikTok, start a newsletter. All at once?
  • My price? I looked at a competitor's and went a bit lower
  • Courses teach brands with big budgets, not a business like mine
  • I don't have a year to study marketing. I have evenings

None of this means you're bad at marketing. Nobody showed you the order

Before and after

From guessing to a plan you trust

Each module fixes one of these. The chips show which, and take you to it.

  1. Before: Guessing who buys, and why

After: One sentence: who it's for, and why you

    Module 01Module 02
  2. Before: A price copied from a rival

After: A price set on what the result is worth

    Module 03
  3. Before: Seven channels, none of them working

After: Two channels that work every week

    Module 04
  4. Before: Posting when you remember

After: A year of ideas from three to five topics

    Module 07
  5. Before: Invisible on Google and in AI answers

After: Pages that answer what buyers ask

    Module 05Module 06
  6. Before: Numbers you never look at

After: One number, and thirty minutes a month to read it

    Module 13
  7. Before: Doing every task yourself

After: An AI team doing the busy work, waiting for your yes

    Module 14

The heroes

Learn on three businesses, from zero to pro

One sells to businesses, one is a service, one sells to families. All start where most small businesses start: a product that works, and marketing at zero. Every lesson moves one of them a step, so you watch the skill being learned, not only the result.

An app built with AI

Quoteleaf

Theo, a former studio designer who spent too many Sundays writing quotes, built it over a few weekends

  1. Point A · module 00 · marketing at zero

The app works. A dozen sign-ups, all friends, and no idea where freelancers look for a tool

  2. Point B · module 15 · a marketing pro

Found on Google and in AI answers, listed on the launch sites, a steady stream of trials and the first paying studios

Demo site

A four-person film studio

Northfold Studio

Brand films and product photos for independent brands, from Bristol. Its owner-director runs it

  1. Point A · module 00 · marketing at zero

Work only by word of mouth, quiet months between projects, and a homepage that says “award-winning”

  2. Point B · module 15 · a marketing pro

A calm stream of enquiries from partners, Instagram and local search, and weeks booked ahead

A family app built with AI

Mealmint

Priya, a developer and a parent of two, built it over two weekends: a week of dinners and the shopping list in two minutes

  1. Point A · module 00 · marketing at zero

About forty downloads, no paying subscribers, and no idea where parents spend their time online

  2. Point B · module 15 · a marketing pro

Growing on TikTok, Reels and Pinterest with creators, found in parent communities and the app stores, with a few thousand families

What you leave with

Four things that are yours at the end

01

A marketing plan on one page

Who it's for, why you, the offer, the price, your number and your channels. It fills itself as you go

02

Brand documents that tell the truth

The studio reads your business; you check and fix every line. Your whole AI team works from them

03

Two channels working every week

Chosen on purpose, kept up for ninety days, judged on what they bring

04

One number, and a monthly review

Thirty minutes a month: keep what works, stop what doesn't, move the time

How a lesson works

Your business is the homework

About ten minutes to read and twenty to do. Every lesson runs the same loop, so you always know what's next.

  1. 1

    Learn the idea

One idea in plain words, an everyday example and a picture

  2. 2

    Play with it

Sort games, calculators and three quick questions

  3. 3

    Do it on your business

The exact buttons in your studio, with their prices. There's always a free way

  4. 4

    Cross the finish line

A clear check that you're done, and a badge for every module

Ad or story?

Some lines sound like an ad and slide past. Others tell a tiny story and stick. Sort these four, the way every lesson has you play.

From lesson 07.2, Stories that sell
  • “Our innovative solution transforms your workflow”

  • “She sent the quote from her phone, on the train home”

  • “Trusted by thousands of happy customers”

  • “The client posted the film the same week we delivered it”

Questions

Before you start

Is the course really free?

Yes. All 83 lessons, the games, the calculators and the one-page plan are free, with no account. The practice has free steps too, and every paid one shows its price first.

Do I need an account?

Not to learn: your progress is saved in this browser. An account is for the practice, because that's where your report and your AI team live.

What happens after the free week?

If you start it, a card is taken at checkout and nothing is charged for 7 days. Then Creator costs $59 a month with 3,000 credits, until you cancel. The course stays free.

How long does it take?

About 25 hours with the practice. Most lessons take ten minutes to read and twenty to do, so a module fits into a week of evenings.

I don't have a website yet. Can I still do it?

Yes. The set-up can read a social profile instead, or start from nothing if you choose I have neither yet — I am just planning.

Is it for my kind of business?

It's written for businesses of one to ten people: apps, services and studios, creators and educators, shops and product brands. Pick your route in the programme and start with what you need first.

Why is it free?

Because the practice runs in our studio. Some people keep the studio for the work once the course has helped. Many don't, and that's fine.

The first lesson takes 5 minutes

Read it tonight. By the end of the week you'll know who buys from you, and why.
