Plans, the free week and billing
Each profile has its own plan: Free, Creator, Business or Studio. They differ in credits and in who works for you; a first Creator or Business plan starts with a free week.

Start a plan
Step 1
Open Plans
From the account menu at the bottom of the sidebar, or the chip in the top bar.
Step 2
Pick monthly or yearly
Then Try Creator free for 7 days (or Business) on your first plan, or Move to a plan.
Step 3
Pay at checkout
Your card is taken, nothing is charged for the seven days, and 1,000 credits are yours to try. A code goes in at checkout.
Change, end early or cancel
- A bigger plan is charged now: its credits are added to what is left, and a new 30 days start.
- A smaller plan waits for the end of the period; nothing is charged until then.
- Start the plan now ends the free week early and brings the month's credits at once.
- Cancel plan: the plan and its credits stay until the paid period ends, then the profile goes back to Free. Your documents stay. Keep the plan undoes it.
- Card and invoices opens the billing portal.
Other ways to pay
On the Free plan, hire one seat at a time — from $5 to $15 a month, each with credits only it can spend, such as the Instagram manager at $12 with 400 credits. And on any plan, credits that never expire: 1,000 for $35, 3,000 for $95, 10,000 for $299.

Can I cancel any time?
Yes. The plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for.
Is the free week really free?
Yes. The card is taken at checkout, and nothing is charged until the seventh day. Cancel before then and nothing is charged at all.
Who pays for a team member?
The owner. A member works on the owner's plan and credits; extra people are $15 a month.
