Several sites in one account
One account holds several profiles, each with its own plan, credits, team and documents. Every profile after the first costs less.
Add a profile
Press the profile switcher, then New profile, and go through the set-up. The free reading is once per account every 30 days, so a second profile within that time is set up when its plan starts. Each one after the first costs less: 10% off the second, 15% off the third, 20% off every one after. A profile on the Free plan costs nothing.
Switch between them
Pick another profile in the switcher and confirm. Every page, its numbers and its credits become that profile's. Profiles others invited you to are listed under Shared with you.
Limits for each profile
Profile settings → Plan & credits holds a monthly safety limit — 3,000 credits unless you change it; the team pauses when it is reached, until the 1st. Stop everything turns every seat off at once, and the table below sets each seat's frequency, weekly count and weekly spending.
Delete a profile
Profile settings → All profiles, or This profile → Delete this profile. Everything of that profile goes — the report, posts, articles, pictures, connections and history — and its plan and hired seats are cancelled at once. Days already paid for are not refunded. You type the profile's name to confirm.
