Office hours with a mentor
A sceptical mentor reads your numbers, asks four to seven hard questions one at a time and writes a verdict: what to stop, two or three dated priorities, the one number to watch.
Where to find it
Start here → Office hours in the sidebar: a mentor who does not flatter.
A session
Step 1
Start it
Press Start it now (25 credits). In a minute or two the mentor shows What the mentor sees in the numbers and asks its first question.
Step 2
Answer, one question at a time
Type and press Answer (5 credits each; Ctrl or ⌘ + Enter works too). Dodge, and it asks again.
Step 3
Get the verdict
Get the verdict (25 credits) — or Skip the rest and get the verdict after at least one answer. It names what is not working, what to stop, two or three dated priorities, an assignment and the one number to watch.
The verdict goes into your report as the Office hours document. From its card, Plan it with the launch specialist (15 credits) turns it into a dated plan.
The next session
Pick In 2 weeks, In a month, In 3 months or a date and press Plan the session; the studio starts it that morning. A session falls due 30 days after the last, and Today shows it only then.
What it costs
25 credits to start, 5 for each answer and 25 for the verdict — a session with five answers is 75 credits. It takes about ten minutes, and you can leave and come back: it is saved as you go.
