To approve: checking drafts before they go out
Everything the team makes waits in To approve until you say yes or no. Each draft shows as it will appear, with one button that sends it and a menu for everything else.
Where to find it
To approve in the sidebar; its badge counts what waits for you. The tabs Current and Archive, and a chip per specialist to see one at a time. Each network's page also has a Posts tab: Waiting for you, Scheduled, Approved with no date, Published, Archived.
What arrives here
Articles; posts, threads, carousels and pins; replies for Reddit and Quora and comments to leave; newsletters; ad campaigns; launch plans; video scripts; lists of trends and partners; outreach letters; quick fixes for your site; questions for you; and what changed at a competitor.
Decide on a draft
Step 1
Read it as it will look
Open the card. The preview is the draft itself — change a word right there with Edit the text yourself.
Step 2
Change it, if it needs it
Rewrite with my note says what to change (15 credits for a post, 5 for an article). A fresh take writes the post again. Every earlier version is kept.
Step 3
Check the picture
Upload a photo, Make one (15 credits) or pick one From your library. An Instagram post cannot go out without one.
Step 4
Send it, or put it on a date
The main button says where it goes — Post to the network or Publish on your site — and asks once. The arrow beside it has Post on a date, I posted it myself and, for articles, Send as a draft to your blog.
Step 5
Or say no
Not this one, and why — not my tone, wrong facts, off-topic, a duplicate. The card goes to the archive, with Undo, and the reason teaches the writer.
Network not connected? The button becomes Copy & open the network (or Download text & pictures for an article): paste it, then press Already posted.
Many at once
Select several puts a tick on every card. Then Approve, Schedule one a day at 10:00 from tomorrow, mark Done, Remind me tomorrow or Archive them together. On a keyboard: ↑ and ↓ move between cards, A approves, E edits, X turns one down.
Good to know
- Approving, scheduling, editing by hand and archiving cost nothing.
- Reddit and Quora replies and comments are never posted for you: Copy the reply & open the thread, paste, then Already posted.
- Move sends a post to another network as it is, free; Repurpose rewrites it for that network for 15 credits.
- A draft with a blank to fill in, or a dead link, is flagged on the card and never goes out by itself.
