What we keep, and why

AI CMO Studio (aicmostudio.ai) is a marketing team made of AI agents for a website or a personal brand. It is run by its founder. For anything about your data, write to support@aicmostudio.ai.

This policy covers the studio (the product you sign in to), the marketing site, and the early-access waitlist.

Your account: your email address, your name if you give it, and how you sign in (email, or Google — from Google we receive only your email address and name). We need these to run your account and to write to you about it.

Your sites: the address of each site you add, the public pages the studio reads from it, and everything the studio writes for that site — brand documents, facts, plans, drafts, pictures, videos, reports — together with what you type in: briefs, answers, notes, your own texts and the pictures you upload as references. This is the work itself; it exists so the studio can do its job.

Connected accounts: when you connect Google Search Console, Google Analytics, a social network, a publishing system or a Telegram bot, we store the access token that platform gives us, encrypted, and the numbers or posts we fetch through it. We use each connection only for what you connected it for: reading your numbers into your workspace, or publishing what you approved.

Usage: every run of an agent (what it did, what it cost in credits, its journal), so that your balance and your history are right.

Support: the emails you send us, to answer them.

If you connect Google, we ask for read-only access to Search Console (your search queries, clicks, impressions, positions, indexing status) and to Google Analytics (visits, channels, engagement, conversions), plus your email address to label the connection. We use this data only to show it in your workspace, to compute your reports, and to let the CMO agent read it and write its insights for you.

We do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not sell it, we do not share it with anyone except the processors below that are needed to compute your insights, and we do not use it to train models. Nobody at the studio reads it, except to answer a support request you made or to fix a problem you reported.

AI CMO Studio's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You can disconnect at any time in Profile settings → Connections (the token is deleted at once) or from your Google account's permissions page; the numbers already imported stay in your workspace until you delete the site.

AI models: Anthropic and DeepSeek write, plan and check the work; Google (Gemini) describes pictures and videos; Kie.ai makes pictures and videos. They receive the parts of your documents, drafts and pictures a task needs, and by their API terms do not train on it.

Data: DataForSEO (search data), Apify and TikHub (public social profiles and posts) — they receive site addresses and public handles, never your account data.

Publishing and messaging: Post for Me, when you connect a social network through it; Telegram, when you connect a bot. They receive the post you approved and the account you chose.

Hosting, email and payments: Supabase and Lovable Cloud host the studio and its database; emails go out through Lovable's managed email (Resend); payments go through Stripe, which keeps your card details — we never see them.

Each of these acts on our instructions and only for the task at hand.

Circle: when an owner asks who a few public Instagram accounts follow, the studio reads the public business profiles among them — name, bio, category, website, and the email, phone and city the account itself publishes — and files them for that owner. A shared copy of such public profiles is kept for 60 days, so the same profile is not read twice; an owner's list keeps emails and phones for 180 days. To be left out, write to support@aicmostudio.ai with your handle: we remove it from every list and never read it again.

Sites: our reader introduces itself as AICMOStudioBot and follows robots.txt on any site that is not the owner's own. To ask us not to read your site at all, write to support@aicmostudio.ai from an address at that domain.

The studio uses a session cookie and your browser's local storage to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. The marketing site has no advertising trackers. If we count visits, we do it without identifying you.

Everything about a site is kept while the site exists in your account; delete the site and it goes. Delete your account and everything goes within 30 days, from backups within 90.

Access tokens of connected accounts are deleted the moment you disconnect.

To delete, export or correct anything, or to ask what we hold: support@aicmostudio.ai, from the address on your account. We answer within 30 days.

You can ask to see the data we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, to receive a copy, or to object to a use. If you are in the EU or the UK you have these rights by law; we grant them to everyone.

If you think we handle your data badly, tell us first; you can also complain to the data-protection authority of your country.

Data travels encrypted (TLS). Access tokens are encrypted at rest. Each user sees only their own sites; access to the database is limited to the founder and to the automated agents that do the work.

The studio is for adults running a business or a brand; we do not knowingly keep data about anyone under 18.

When you join the waitlist we store your email, your website if you enter it, your browser language, the page you signed up from and its campaign tags, and the proof of consent email law asks for: the time you ticked the box, the wording you agreed to, your IP address and browser string. We store the time you confirmed by clicking the link, and the time you unsubscribe.

We use it to send your early-access invite and occasional updates written by the founder — nothing else. Every email has an unsubscribe link that works at once.

We update this policy as the studio grows; the date at the top says when. Material changes are announced in the product or by email before they take effect.
