Privacy note
What we keep, and why.
Updated 7 September 2026
What is stored when you join the waitlist
Your email address and, if you enter it, your website address.
Your browser language, the page you signed up from and any campaign tags (utm) in its address.
The time you ticked the consent box, the exact wording you agreed to, and your IP address and browser string at that moment. This is the proof of consent that email law asks for.
The time you confirmed your email by clicking the link, and the time you unsubscribe if you do.
Why
To send you your early-access invite and occasional updates about AI CMO Studio, written by the founder. Nothing else: no selling or sharing the list.
The legal basis is your consent. You give it twice: on the form and by clicking the confirmation link (double opt-in).
Where and for how long
The list lives in the studio's own database (Supabase, hosted through Lovable Cloud). Emails are sent through Resend.
Your record is kept until you unsubscribe or ask for it to be deleted.
Your choices
Every email has an unsubscribe link. It works immediately.
To have your record deleted, or to see what is stored about you, write to support@aicmostudio.ai from the address you signed up with.
Cookies and analytics on this site
The public pages set no advertising cookies and run no ad trackers. The signed-in console uses a session cookie to keep you logged in.
When you use the studio itself
As a signed-in user you connect your own website and, optionally, accounts such as Google Search Console, Analytics or social profiles. The studio reads them only to do the work you asked for, keeps the data under your account, and publishes nothing without your approval. A fuller policy will be published before the public launch.
Questions: support@aicmostudio.ai. AI CMO Studio is run by its founder, Yana.
