How we work for you

1. What AI CMO Studio is

AI CMO Studio ("the studio", "we") is a marketing team made of AI agents for a website or a personal brand. It reads your site, writes your brand documents, and then plans, drafts and designs marketing work — articles, posts, emails, pictures, videos, reports — which you review and approve.

Nothing is published anywhere until you approve it, or until you switch on scheduled publishing for a channel yourself.

The studio is in beta. Features change, some are added or removed, and there may be interruptions. We do our best to tell you in the product when something changes.

2. Your account

You need an account to use the studio. Keep your sign-in details to yourself, and tell us at once if you think someone else is using your account.

The studio is a business tool for adults: you must be 18 or older and, if you use it for a company, entitled to act for that company.

One account belongs to one person. A site inside the account can be shared with clients or colleagues only through the features the studio offers for that.

3. Plans and credits

Every piece of work spends credits at a fixed price that the button shows before you press it. A run that fails is not charged. Each plan carries a month's allowance of credits; what is not used by the end of the month does not carry over. Credit packs you buy separately never expire.

On the Free plan the set-up is on us: the studio reads your site and writes your brand documents and brand kit. Every tool stays in view; the team works on a paid plan.

An upgrade takes effect at once; a downgrade or cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and you keep what the period includes until then. Fees already paid are not refunded, except where the law requires it.

We may change plans and prices. A price change reaches you no sooner than 30 days after we tell you by email or in the product; the price of a run is always the one shown at the moment you start it.

Payments are handled by Stripe. During early access nothing is charged.

4. What you own and what we own

Everything you give the studio — your site's content, your texts, briefs, answers, pictures — stays yours. Everything the studio makes for you — documents, drafts, pictures, videos, plans — is yours too, to use as you like, once it is made.

So that the studio can work, you give us a licence to store and process that material, and to send the parts a task needs to the model and data providers named in the privacy policy. We do not use your material to train models.

The studio itself — its software, its prompts, its design and its name — is ours. You may not copy it, resell it, or use it to build a competing service.

5. How the studio may be used

Use the studio for lawful marketing of a business or brand you are entitled to represent. Do not use it to impersonate anyone, to spam, to harass, to deceive, or to publish content that breaks the law or the rules of the platform it goes to.

You are responsible for what you approve and publish: its accuracy, its claims, and its compliance with the advertising, consumer and privacy laws of the markets you sell in. Marketing claims about health, money, safety or legal matters deserve a human's check before they go out.

When you connect an account of another platform (Google, a social network, a publishing system), that platform's terms apply to what happens there. We do not control those platforms and cannot promise their availability or their decisions.

6. AI-made work

The studio's work is produced by AI models from your site, your documents and public data. It can be wrong: a fact, a number, a name, a claim. The studio marks what it could not verify, and you review everything before it is published.

We do not promise rankings, traffic, followers, leads or sales. The studio gives you a team's work; the results depend on your product, your market and your decisions.

7. Ending the service

You can delete a site or your whole account at any time in the product or by writing to us. Deletion follows the privacy policy.

We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms or puts other users, the platforms we connect to, or the studio at risk. Where we can, we warn first.

We may retire the studio or a part of it. If we retire the whole service, we give at least 30 days' notice and a way to take your documents and drafts with you.

8. Liability

The studio is provided as it is, in beta, without warranties of any kind beyond those the law does not allow us to exclude.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for anything arising from the studio is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit, lost data you did not back up, or the consequences of content you chose to publish.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes to these terms, and where they apply

We may update these terms; the date at the top says when. Material changes are announced in the product or by email before they take effect; using the studio after that means you accept them.

These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which AI CMO Studio's operator is registered; any dispute that cannot be settled by talking to us first goes to the courts of that country.
