Approve your first week of posts
A week of posts in your voice on the calendar, and writers that have learned what you turn down.
Step 01
Open To approve
Its badge in the sidebar counts what waits. Press a chip at the top to see one network at a time.
Step 02
Read the first post as it will look
The card shows it as the network will — the caption, the slides, your profile beside it. Change a word right in the text with Edit the text yourself.
Step 03
Ask for a change in your words
Not quite right? Type what to change under Rewrite with my note — “shorter”, “less salesy”, “mention the Saturday class”. You get a new version and keep the old one.
Step 04
Check the picture
Instagram needs one. Upload a photo of your own, Make one in your brand style, or take one From your library.
Step 05
Send it, or put it on a day
Press Post to the network to send it now, or open the arrow for Post on a date. Not connected? Copy & open the network, paste it there, then press Already posted.
Step 06
Do the rest in one go
Select several, tick the posts you like and press Schedule — one a day at 10:00, from tomorrow. Turn down the rest with Not this one, and why; the reason teaches the writers.
