Calendar, scheduling and autopilot
The calendar shows what went out and what is planned. Move posts between days, add new ones, and choose seat by seat whether approved work goes out by itself.
The calendar
- Views: day, week, month and year; filters for posts, comments and replies, articles, fixes, outreach and reports, or Only waiting for me.
- Each day says what went out, what is planned, what waits for your yes and what failed.
- Drag a planned post to another day. Press + on a day to ask for an article or a post for that day, at that seat's usual price.
- Your time zone and a 12- or 24-hour clock are set on the page.
The month plan
Your plan for the month sits on Articles and on each network's Overview. Approve a row, change it, decline it, or press Write it now (40 credits for an article, 25 for a post). I wrote it or I posted it marks a topic you did yourself. On Articles, Rewrite the plan (20 credits) keeps the rows you approved or already wrote.
How drafts go out
Open a seat on AI team, press Settings, and pick one of three under How drafts go out (social seats have the same choice on their Settings tab):
| Choice | What happens |
|---|---|
| I publish each one myself | Nothing goes out until you press the button. The default |
| What I approve goes out on its own | An approved draft takes the next free slot — an hour apart, at most three a day |
| Autopilot: it goes out unless I stop it | A draft that passes every check goes out 12, 24 or 48 hours after it is written, unless you press Stop it — I'll decide |
Autopilot works for articles, X, LinkedIn, Instagram, Threads, Facebook and Pinterest, and needs that account or blog connected. It holds back a draft whose claim contradicts your facts, that breaks a network's rule, has a dead link, scored under 7 with the editor, or is an Instagram post without a picture.
Questions
Asked about this
A scheduled post did not go out
If the network is not connected, you get a reminder that day to post it by hand. If it failed, the card turns red and you can send it again. Scheduled posts go out within ten minutes of their time.
Can I move a post that already went out?
No. Only planned posts can be dragged, to today or a later day.
