Your AI team: seats, schedules and settings
The AI team page lists every specialist with what it is doing. Turn a seat on or off, run it now, and change how often it works and how much it may spend.
Where to find it

How often they work, and when they rest
- A daily seat waits about 22 hours between runs, a weekly one six and a half days.
- A writer rests when twelve of its drafts sit unread for three days, or when nobody has opened the studio for three weeks. It wakes when you come back.
- Social seats pace themselves to your account's age — see warm-up.
- Terminal in the top bar shows what each seat is doing right now.
Questions
Asked about this
What does picked · waits for a plan mean?
The set-up chose that seat for you, but the Free plan has no credits to run it. Start a plan, or hire just that seat.
How do I make a seat write less?
Lower At most per week in its settings, or set How often to weekly.
Can I give a seat instructions?
Yes — Your instructions for it in its settings. It reads them on every run.
