Your report and brand documents
Your report is what the team believes about your business: eight documents, your facts, your competitors and your own words. Every writer reads it first, so correcting it improves everything.
Where to find it
Your report in the sidebar, with the tabs Documents, Site, Facts and Competitors. Press Read on a document to open it as an article, with its contents beside the text.
What is in it
| Part | What it holds |
|---|---|
| In your own words | Your view of the business, in five boxes or a file you add. Every specialist reads it first, and it outranks the rest |
| Eight documents | About the product, marketing strategy, competitor analysis, audience and market, brand voice, design guide, content strategy, llms.txt |
| Facts | What the team may say about you, each with its source |
| Competitors | The businesses in your league the team watches and compares you with |
| From your tools | What God's Eye, Super Spy, trends, partners, guest posts, outreach, launches and office hours found |
Correct what is off
A section
Edit it, or rewrite it with a note
Edit this section and Save this section, free. Or Rewrite it with a note (15 credits) and choose Keep it or Keep the old one.
A document
Edit the whole thing
Edit, then Save new version. Earlier versions keeps the last twenty, each with Restore.
A fact
Add or remove one
On Facts, type it with its category and source link and press +. The bin removes it.
A competitor
Add or turn one down
On Competitors, add a domain and a name. Not a competitor — remove it removes it for good. Find competitors like this (20 credits) looks for more of the same league.
Your words
Tell it in your own words
Write in the five boxes, or Add from a file — a PDF, a picture or a text file up to 20 MB — and press Save — the team reads it from now on.
When your site changes
Read the site again refreshes the documents: free for the first plain re-read each calendar month, then 200 credits. It keeps the documents you edited by hand; any text it replaces moves to Earlier reports, where Bring this version back restores it.
More you can do
- Download any document as Markdown, text, a spreadsheet, a PDF or a web page.
- Ask the CMO about this document — 15 credits a question.
- Reading, editing, restoring and downloading cost nothing.
Questions
Asked about this
Will a re-read erase my edits?
No. A plain re-read keeps what you edited by hand, and anything replaced can be brought back from Earlier reports.
Why does the team keep mentioning something wrong?
It is in a document or a fact. Correct it there — or say it in In your own words, which outranks everything else.
