Credits: what each thing costs
Every paid button shows its price in credits before you press it, the price is fixed, and a run that fails costs nothing. Plans bring credits every 30 days; packs never expire.
Where to see them
The chip in the top bar shows the profile, its plan and the credits left; press it for See what was spent. Profile settings → Plan & credits → Usage & credits has the full account: used this cycle, plan credits left and when new ones arrive, bought credits, and every run with what it cost.
Where credits come from

They are spent in this order: a hired seat's own credits, then the plan's, then the ones you bought.

What is free
- The set-up: reading your site, your report, your brand kit.
- The first plain re-read of your site each calendar month.
- Opening any saved study or analysis again; Site health; editing, copying, downloading, approving and scheduling.
- Any run that fails.
When credits run out
Nothing is charged past zero. A paid button changes to show the way on: Buy credits, Start the plan now during the free week, or Hire just that seat on the Free plan. Each profile also has a safety limit — 3,000 credits a month unless you change it — after which the team pauses until the 1st.

Is the set-up charged?
No — it shows in your usage as credits' worth, not charged.
Do credits move between profiles?
No. Each profile has its own plan and its own credits.
