Your account and your data
Account holds your sign-in, name, time zone, theme and emails. Here is what the studio keeps, and how to delete your account or ask for your data.
Your account
- Profile: your name and Time zone — the calendar and scheduled posts use it.
- Password: change it here; forgot it, sign out and use Forgot password on the sign-in page.
- Appearance: light or dark. It is kept in this browser.
- Email: Tips in your first week can be turned off. Emails about payments and your account come either way.
What we keep
Your email, name and how you sign in; each profile's address and everything the studio writes for it, plus what you type and upload; connection tokens, encrypted; what each run cost; your messages to support. The site reader follows robots.txt on other people's sites. The privacy policy has the whole list and who processes what.
Delete your account
Account → Delete account removes your sign-in, all your profiles, documents, pictures and history, and stops anything being written. It cannot be undone. While a profile you own still pays for a plan or a hired seat, cancel that first — on Plans, or by deleting the profile.
To get a copy of your data, or have it deleted, write to support@aicmostudio.ai; we answer within 30 days.

No. Delete a profile from Profile settings; the account stays.
Is my time zone per profile?
No, it is yours, for every profile you open.
