Talk to a person
Write to us from the studio or any page of the site, and a person answers by email — your account and the page you were on go with the message.

From inside the studio
Step 1
Open the account menu
Press your name at the bottom of the sidebar (on a phone, More) and choose Write to us.
Step 2
Write what happened
Pick a topic, add a short subject and your message. Your account, the profile you are on and the page go with it, so there is no need to explain where you are.
Step 3
Read the answer
It arrives by email — reply to it to keep talking. The same window lists your earlier messages with our answers.
Without an account
Every page of this site ends with Need help? Talk to a human and a Send a message button. Or write to support@aicmostudio.ai.
Good to know
- You get a copy of your message by email, so you know it arrived.
- Messages are text only. If a screenshot would help, say so and we will ask for it in our reply.
- For a problem with a draft, paste its title — it helps us find it quickly.
