Ideas and the content matrix
Ideas is your own backlog — the writers take it first. The content matrix plans a year of Reels and TikToks as topics against angles, with a video idea in every square.
The Ideas page
- Add ideas, one per line. End a line with “, instagram” (or another channel) to give it a channel, or Import a file — .txt, .md or .csv.
- Tabs Waiting, Written and Skipped. Each idea has Write it now (40 credits for an article, 25 for a post), Skip, Edit and Put it back.
- The weekly plans take waiting ideas first.
- Situations lists who needs you, when and in what words; Map the situations (20 credits) writes them, and Write about this turns one into a post, a script or an article.
Ideas for articles
On Articles → Ideas, Brainstorm ten ideas (20 credits) brings ten topics and five spares, each with its searches a month, how hard it is to rank, and the angle. Write it (40 credits), Schedule it for a day, Add to plan, or swap one for a spare with Another idea — the last two are free.
The content matrix
On Social media → Instagram or TikTok, the Content matrix tab. Six topics from your business across six angles, filmed in ten formats: 360 videos, a year at one a day. The set-up builds your first matrix free.
Step 1
Open a square
It holds the idea and how to shoot it — whether you film it or the studio makes it.
Step 2
Write the script, or plan it
Write the Instagram script or the TikTok one (25 credits), or Put it in Instagram's plan for free: the writer takes it on its next run.
Step 3
Make it yours
Change the words of any idea, rename or remove a topic or an angle for free. New ideas for a topic, an angle or a square cost 5 credits.
Write the matrix again (20 credits) rebuilds it with your own topics, angles and formats; squares you made or planned stay. The weekly Instagram and TikTok plans also take a few untouched squares on their own.
