Email: the weekly issue and sequences
The newsletter editor writes a weekly issue from what you published, and sequences of two to five emails for one occasion. You copy them into your own email tool and send from there.
Where to find it
Create → Email, with the tabs Overview, Your brief, Sequences, Outreach letters and Who works here.
The weekly issue
Press Draft this week's issue. It is built from what you approved and published in the last two weeks — one idea a reader can use today, a subject under 50 characters, two to four short sections and one call to action. With nothing new, it writes from your strategy instead.
Step 1
Copy it
Press Copy for your email tool. Both the formatted version and plain text go to your clipboard.
Step 2
Paste and send
Paste into Mailchimp, Beehiiv, Substack, Gmail or whatever you use, and send a test from there.
Step 3
Mark it sent
Back in the studio, press Already sent.
Sequences
Two to five emails for one occasion, each with its own day. Pick the occasion on Sequences and press Write it:
- Welcome — from the first day to the offer with your real price
- After an enquiry — days 0, 2, 6 and 13
- Launch and New service — they ask for one line first: what and when
- New client, Ask for a review, Win them back
- A moment in the year — tell it which moment and its date
Each email has one point and one next step, 120–220 words. Copy them into your tool as separate emails.
