Where to show up

Core channels get most of the hours. Support channels get a little. The rest can wait until the core ones work.

ChannelRoleWhy
YouTubeCoreIt is where buyers live and learn tools, and where the rules that decide whether your product is safe are written. 84% of US adults use YouTube, 95% of those aged 18-29 (Pew 2026). It is the first social source for suno.com and a top-three source for soundraw.io (Similarweb Sep 2026). More than 1 million channels used YouTube's own AI creation tools every day in Dec 2025 (YouTube CEO letter, Jan 2026), so you compete with free tools inside the product. Your pitch is proof and policy safety, not novelty.
XSupportX is one of three social sources listed for soundraw.io (Similarweb Sep 2026, desktop). 31% of US adults aged 18-29 and 20% of those aged 30-49 use X (Pew 2026). Tech and software brands saw engagement rates dip across channels, with only a small boost on X (Rival IQ 2025 report). Whether AI-tool launches and creator talk concentrate here is not measured, and no 2025-26 source was found for X creator communities.
RedditSupportCreators ask 'which tool' and 'is this safe' here: r/NewTubers about 735k, r/VideoEditing about 532k, r/youtubers about 348k, r/PartneredYoutube about 191k, r/SunoAI about 109k members (GummySearch Oct 2026). one guide says most YouTube subs ban direct video promotion (Unilink 2026, seen in search results, not opened). Use Reddit to listen and help, not to post links.
Email newsletterSupportYouTube changed its rules on 15 Jul 2025 and 27 May 2026, and vendor licences moved after the 2025 label settlements (YouTube Help 2025; YouTube Blog May 2026; Dubspot Jun 2026). A short 'what changed and what to do' email brings creators back and cannot be throttled by an algorithm. No source measures newsletter conversion in this niche, so treat it as retention.
InstagramSkipNo 2025-26 source shows creators finding AI music or b-roll tools on Instagram. Similarweb's social lists for soundraw.io and suno.com show YouTube, X, Discord, Facebook and WhatsApp (Similarweb Sep 2026, desktop only, so mobile-first networks are under-counted). Reuse a YouTube Short as a Reel only if it costs nothing.
TikTokSkipCreators are on TikTok, but no 2025-26 source found shows them choosing AI music or b-roll tools there, and TikTok is not among the social sources Similarweb lists for soundraw.io or suno.com (Sep 2026, desktop only). Repost Shorts if it is free; plan no separate work. Settle it with one sign-up question: 'where did you hear about us?'.
PinterestSkipNo source found that creators shop for audio or b-roll tools on Pinterest. Skip.
LinkedInSkipAgencies and in-house video teams are on LinkedIn, but this niche's buyers are individual creators and no source found shows tool discovery there. Revisit only if you sell team plans.
FacebookSkipFacebook is on Suno's list of top social sources (Similarweb Sep 2026, desktop), but nothing shows it works for a small tool. Skip until your sign-up question says otherwise.
ThreadsSkipNo source found that creators discover AI music or b-roll tools on Threads. Skip.
QuoraSkipNo source found that creators use Quora to choose these tools. Your own comparison and policy pages do the same job.
Google Business ProfileSkipNot a local business.

Who buys and how they choose

Solo YouTubers, faceless-channel operators, small production teams and freelance editors who need a soundtrack, b-roll or short generated clips every week and cannot pay for custom work. They want a track or clip that fits the mood, is safe to monetise and takes minutes. Most already use AI: 91% of 3,000 UK and US creators (Epidemic Sound/Censuswide 2025), 71% of 384 US creators for video generation or editing (Adobe Express 2026); 94% say music adds to a video's success (Epidemic Sound/Censuswide 2025).

Trigger: a video due this week, a Content ID claim or demonetisation scare, a stock-library bill, or a new model going viral. Research is short: a day or two of YouTube tutorials, 'X vs Y' pages and Reddit threads, then a free trial. One person decides and pays by card, monthly. The money moment is the export wall: free plans are non-commercial (Suno Help 2026; Dubspot 2026), so the upgrade comes when the file has to go into a monetised video. Price sensitivity is high for small channels; freemium subscription apps convert about 2.1% of downloads to paid at the median and above 4.5% in the top quartile (RevenueCat 2026).

Where buyers find businesses like this

  • Google search: 'X alternatives', 'best AI music generator for YouTube', licence and claim questions — Organic search is Soundraw's largest channel at 48.6% of desktop visits, and organic keywords are 96.36% of its keyword traffic (Similarweb Sep 2026, estimate).
  • YouTube tutorials, comparisons and Shorts — YouTube is the first social source for suno.com and one of three for soundraw.io (Similarweb Sep 2026, desktop only). 84% of US adults and 95% of those aged 18-29 use YouTube (Pew 2026).
  • AI assistants answering 'which AI music tool is safe for YouTube' — Similarweb lists 'Gen AI' as Soundraw's third traffic channel (Sep 2026, estimate; share not shown). Pages that answer in the first two lines are the ones an assistant can quote (reasoning, not measured).
  • Direct visits and word of mouth after first use — 63.27% of suno.com desktop visits are direct (Similarweb Sep 2026). That is a mature brand; a small tool should not plan on it.
  • Reddit threads where creators ask which tool or which music is safe — r/NewTubers about 735k, r/VideoEditing about 532k, r/youtubers about 348k, r/PartneredYoutube about 191k, r/SunoAI about 109k members (GummySearch Oct 2026). r/VideoEditing has an 'I need footage!' flair, which suggests b-roll demand (GummySearch Oct 2026).
  • Creator referral and affiliate programmes (YouTubers put the link in video descriptions) — Epidemic Sound's Community Program has three levels; Ambassadors get 50% of a referred subscriber's payments for the first 12 paying months (Epidemic Sound 2026). Soundraw and Mubert both publish affiliate pages (their sites 2026; terms not compared).
  • Discord and X — Discord and X are two of the three social sources listed for soundraw.io (Similarweb Sep 2026, desktop). No 2025-26 source was found for X creator communities or for TikTok.
  • Vendor 'vs' pages and comparison guides — Mubert publishes its own 'Mubert vs Epidemic Sound' pages in several languages (mubert.com 2026). Comparison guides such as 'Suno vs. Udio vs. Musick.ai: The Ultimate AI Music Guide for Content Creators in 2026' (Tesseract Academy) came up for licence searches during this research.

The first 90 days

  1. Week 1

Write a one-page licence and claims policy: what each plan allows, what you do and do not promise, what happens when a claim arrives.

Date it and link every vendor or model licence you rely on.

  2. Week 1

Add a licence receipt to every export: plan, generation time, prompt, track id and licence text.

  3. Weeks 1-2

Publish the YouTube policy pillar page and a one-page AI-label checklist, in your own words, with the date checked and a change log.

Use the checklist as the email-gated free pack.

  4. Weeks 2-3

Film 'Same video, three soundtracks' (library, AI, yours) with real timings and costs.

Cut 4 Shorts from it. Embed it on the comparison page.

  5. Weeks 3-4

Publish three dated comparison pages: your tool vs Epidemic Sound, vs Suno for YouTube, and 'best AI music for monetised videos'.

    State where you lose.

  6. Weeks 3-6

Launch a creator programme modelled on Epidemic Sound's three levels, with a unique link, credits for first referrals, a share of payments for the first 12 paying months for proven partners, and disclosure terms in writing. Approach 20 small YouTube educators who review creator tools.

  7. Weeks 4-8

Give 10 channels of different sizes free credits for honest results.

Collect only real before-and-after numbers (minutes saved, claim cleared, retention) and written permission.

  8. Weeks 4-12

Reddit routine, 20 minutes a day, after reading each sub's rules: sourced answers only, no links at first.

  9. Weeks 5-8

Write 5 how-to pages (workflow, b-roll for talking-head videos, an ambient channel done safely, the label guide).

Open each with the answer so assistants can quote it; AI assistants are Soundraw's third channel (Similarweb Sep 2026).

  10. Weeks 6-10

Start the twice-monthly newsletter with a 'what changed' lead and set up one alert flow for policy changes.

  11. Weeks 8-12

Ask every sign-up one question, 'where did you hear about us?', to settle the TikTok, Discord and X unknowns.

Keep the top two sources and drop the rest.

  12. Week 12

Review the KPIs. Double down on the two formats with the most sign-ups per hour. If licence anxiety is the top objection, sign 3 musicians for human-finished packs.

Rhythm: One long tutorial or comparison a week if you can, every two weeks at the least, plus 1-2 Shorts a week cut from it. Channels posting about 5 Shorts a month averaged 8,789 views per long-form video against 4,364 for channels with none, and at 35 or more Shorts a month the gain vanished (Metricool 2026, correlation only).

Show cost, minutes spent and the licence line for each. Close on the YouTube upload screen and the AI label step. — Buyers search for comparisons and want proof. This shows sound quality, licence and effort in one video.

Upload and answer the AI-use question in Studio. End with a template link. — Tutorials are the usual way to learn a tool (reasoning; YouTube is the top social source for these tools, Similarweb Sep 2026). Ending on the upload step shows you understand the policy.

Pin the link and the date you checked. — YouTube changed the rules on 15 Jul 2025 and 27 May 2026 (YouTube Help 2025; YouTube Blog May 2026). Sourced explainers earn trust and links.

What to post about

  • Safe to monetise: licences, Content ID, the AI label, the inauthentic-content rule
  • Speed: finish the soundtrack or b-roll in minutes
  • One niche at a time: lofi study, documentary, horror narration, gaming, travel
  • B-roll that matches the script, not generic stock
  • Human finish: edit, arrange and layer so the work is yours (US Copyright Office Jan 2025)
  • Tool vs tool tests on the same video

Openings that work

  • Result first: 'This 8-minute video got its whole soundtrack in 6 minutes.' (real timings only)
  • Rule first: 'YouTube now shows an AI label under some videos. Here is when you need it and what it does not cost you.'
  • Fear first: 'A track just got your video claimed? Do this before you dispute it.'
  • Comparison: 'Same video, three soundtracks. One got a claim.' (only if true)
  • Cost: 'I stopped paying for a music library. Here is what I lost and what I kept.'

How people find you here: Titles and the first line of the description use the phrases creators type: 'best AI music generator for YouTube', 'copyright free music for YouTube', '[tool] tutorial', '[tool] vs [tool]', 'AI b-roll generator'. Build one pillar video per phrase, add chapters, and answer top comments with a link to the matching page. Ask small YouTube educators to feature the tool through an affiliate link; they must disclose it (FTC 2026).

How a viewer becomes a client: Free generation with a watermark or a non-commercial licence; the paywall sits at the commercial-licence download. The description and the pinned comment point to one free pack (5 mood tracks or a prompt sheet) that needs an email. Show the licence receipt on screen so the buyer sees what they get.

Benchmarks: Channels with 2,000-10,000 subscribers: Shorts views grew more than 200% and long-form view duration rose about 13% year on year (Metricool 2026, 799,718 videos). Global average is 5,985 views per long-form video, and 10,552 for channels posting 2-4 long videos a week (Metricool 2026).

Avoid on YouTube

  • Never promise 'copyright-free' or 'you own it'. Purely AI-generated material is not protected and prompts alone give too little control (US Copyright Office Jan 2025). Sell a licence and proof of use.
  • Never tell creators they can skip the AI label. YouTube lists AI-generated music and realistic AI footage of real places or events as cases to disclose, and since 27 May 2026 it can label heavy photorealistic AI content by itself (YouTube Help 2026; YouTube Blog May 2026).
  • Never pitch bulk channels ('50 videos a day, no editing'). The inauthentic-content rule, renamed 15 Jul 2025, targets mass-produced, templated and repetitive content (YouTube Help 2025).
  • Never demo AI avatars giving health, legal, financial or political advice as a monetised use. YouTube does not monetise AI personas posing as human experts on those topics (YouTube Help 2026).
  • Never use a playlist of other artists' songs in a demo. YouTube treats collections of songs from different artists as reused content, even with permission (YouTube Help 2026).
  • Never offer or advertise 'in the style of [named artist]' voices. YouTube is building likeness tools on Content ID and backs the NO FAKES Act (YouTube CEO letter Jan 2026, as reported by Tubefilter and Variety).

X · support

X is one of three social sources listed for soundraw.io (Similarweb Sep 2026, desktop).

Rhythm: 4-5 posts a week, one real demo. 15 minutes a day replying to creators who ask which tool is safe for monetised videos.

FormatShareHow a good one is built
Demo image or 15-second clip40%The result in the first frame. Text on screen: input, output, time taken. The link goes in the reply, not the post. — Photo posts led engagement and posting frequency on X for tech and software brands (Rival IQ 2025).
Policy alert20%One sentence on the change. The official link. Three bullets on what it means for AI music and b-roll. The date checked. — Creators want the plain-English version fast, and the source link earns trust.
Changelog20%What shipped, one screenshot, one customer outcome, one question to the audience. — Shows the product is alive and invites feedback.
Creator result20%Repost a customer's video with permission and add the number: minutes saved or claim cleared. — Real proof. Testimonials must be real (FTC Aug 2024).

What to post about

  • Policy changes in plain words
  • Before and after sound or b-roll clips
  • Shipping notes
  • Licence and claim answers

Openings that work

  • 'YouTube changed one rule today. If you use AI music, read this:'
  • 'Before: silent cut. After: scored in 90 seconds.' (real timings only)
  • 'Three questions to ask any AI music tool before you monetise a video:'

How people find you here: Reply under posts by creators asking 'is [tool] safe for monetised videos?' with the official page, not a pitch. Quote-post new model launches with what changes for YouTube creators. Follow and list creator-tool reviewers.

How a viewer becomes a client: One profile link to the free pack. A pinned post with the best demo.

Benchmarks: Tech and software brands: engagement rates dipped across channels with a small boost on X; photo tweets led X in both engagement and posting frequency (Rival IQ 2025 report, median of 150 companies per industry, engagement per follower).

Avoid on X

  • Never buy followers or engagement. The FTC rule bans buying fake followers or views to misstate influence (FTC Aug 2024).
  • Never post realistic AI scenes of real places or people without saying they are AI.
  • Never answer a rules question with a pitch. Give the source first.

What to post about

  • Content ID and claims
  • What music or footage is safe
  • The AI label and monetisation
  • Tool comparisons without links

Openings that work

  • Plain question titles: 'Do I need to label background AI music on YouTube?'
  • 'I ran the same 10-minute video through three music tools. Notes:'

How people find you here: Search each sub for 'copyright claim', 'AI music', 'b-roll', 'Suno'. Answer new threads within hours. On r/VideoEditing, watch the 'I need footage!' flair for b-roll requests (GummySearch Oct 2026).

How a viewer becomes a client: A bio link and a helpful history. DM only if the person asks.

Avoid on Reddit

  • Never drop links in posts or replies before reading the sub's rules.
  • Never post the same link in several subs on one day.

YouTube changed its rules on 15 Jul 2025 and 27 May 2026, and vendor licences moved after the 2025 label settlements (YouTube Help 2025; YouTube Blog May 2026; Dubspot Jun 2026). A short 'what changed and what to do' email brings creators back and cannot be throttled by an algorithm. No source measures newsletter conversion in this niche, so treat it as retention.

Rhythm: Twice a month, plus an alert within 48 hours of any YouTube policy or vendor-terms change.

  • Subject: 'YouTube changed the AI label rule. What to do this week'
  • Subject: 'Five rainy-day tracks and what the licence covers'

How people find you here: A sign-up box on every comparison and policy page, on the free pack and the AI-label checklist, and at the end of each tutorial. Newsletters are not found on their own.

How a viewer becomes a client: Free pack, then email, then a plan nudge when the reader hits the export or licence limit. One call to action per issue.

Avoid on Email newsletter

  • Never state that a track 'cannot be claimed'. Say what the licence covers and what to do if a claim arrives.
  • Never email policy news you have not checked against the YouTube page that day.
  • Never present a licence summary as legal advice. Link the vendor's licence page and date it.

Core channel. Search is the first channel for soundraw.io: 48.6% of desktop visits, with AI assistants third (Similarweb Sep 2026, estimate). Mubert runs its own 'vs Epidemic Sound' pages (mubert.com 2026). Buyers want licence and claim answers that vendors often avoid, so honest, dated, sourced pages win trust. The search phrasing below is typical, not volume-checked.

ArticleSearches likeHow the winners are built
Alternatives and 'vs' pages“suno alternatives for youtube”, “epidemic sound alternative free”, “best ai music generator for youtube videos”, “suno vs udio for youtube monetization”A table first: price, free-plan licence, commercial rights, Content ID handling, export formats, stems, length limit, date last checked. Then picks by use case (lofi channel, documentary, gaming). Then an honest 'not for you if'. Link each vendor's licence page. State where you lose.
Is it safe to monetise? Licence and Content ID answers“can i monetize suno music on youtube”, “does youtube copyright ai music”, “ai music content id claim what to do”, “is ai generated music royalty free”The answer in the first two lines. Quote the YouTube Help rule in your own words. Steps: keep the plan receipt, generation timestamp, prompt and project file (Dubspot 2026 advises keeping records of prompts and edits), then the dispute route. Link the US Copyright Office report. Add a change log.
Workflow how-tos“how to add background music to youtube video”, “ai b-roll generator for youtube”, “how to make b-roll with ai”, “how to make lofi music for youtube with ai”Numbered steps with screenshots, the time it takes, a downloadable template and one finished example video. Embed your YouTube tutorial. End on the upload step.
YouTube policy explainers“youtube inauthentic content policy ai”, “youtube ai disclosure label”, “youtube reused content music compilation”, “does youtube demonetize ai videos”Official wording paraphrased, three examples that pass and three that fail, a checklist, the date checked, and an update log. Update within 48 hours of any change.
Mood and genre pages“lofi background music for youtube”, “cinematic music for documentary youtube”, “horror ambient music for youtube”, “sad piano background music for videos”One page per mood with playable samples, the prompt behind each, the licence line and a download gate. Each page needs its own samples and notes, not a template with swapped words (the inauthentic-content rule shows what YouTube thinks of that on its own platform).

When searches peak: No seasonality was verified for these searches. Interest follows news: publish an explainer within 48 hours of a YouTube policy change (15 Jul 2025, 27 May 2026) or a vendor licence change. Holiday and exam-season mood pages (Christmas, Halloween, study lofi) are a hypothesis; check last year's Search Console and YouTube Analytics, then publish 6-8 weeks ahead.

Where businesses in this niche get featured and linked

  • YouTube educators and editing channels that review creator tools (approach them with the free pack, not a pitch)
  • Comparison and roundup sites for AI music tools (several came up in this research's searches)
  • Creator programmes as a model and a channel: Epidemic Sound Community Program (verified), Soundraw and Mubert affiliate pages
  • Resource pages of editing and creator communities, including Discord servers and subreddit wikis (promotion rules unverified)
  • AI-tool directories and Product Hunt (existence known, effect for this niche not measured; check referral traffic after listing)
  • Plain-English explainers that cite official sources (US Copyright Office, YouTube Help); earn links by being the dated, sourced version

Partners who share your audience

  • Small and mid-size YouTube educators who review creator tools. Copy Epidemic Sound's structure: a unique link, credits for first referrals, and a share of payments for the first 12 paying months for proven partners (Epidemic Sound 2026). Put disclosure in the written terms (FTC 2026).
  • Freelance editors and small agencies who cut for several channels: they pick tools on behalf of clients (reasoning, not sourced). Offer a team plan and a bulk licence receipt.
  • Working musicians and producers: build 'human-finished' packs with stems and arrangement. Human selection, arrangement and creative edits can be protected, pure AI output cannot (US Copyright Office Jan 2025).
  • Creator communities on Discord and Reddit that run resource pages: offer a free pack and answers, not ads (promotion rules unverified).
  • Real-footage and stock b-roll makers for hybrid packs (real plus generated). Not verified; test with two partners before building.

Rules that apply

  • Global, YouTube: realistic AI content must be disclosed in YouTube Studio (Attributes, AI use). Cases include music that is the main focus of a video, AI-generated music, extra realistic footage of a real place or event, and making a real person appear to say or do something they did not. Not needed: clearly unrealistic or animated content, minor edits, cloning your own voice for dubs. A label alone does not change recommendation or earnings eligibility; repeated non-disclosure can bring a manual label, removal or suspension from the Partner Program (YouTube Help 2026; YouTube Blog 27 May 2026).
  • Global, YouTube Partner Program: 'inauthentic' (formerly repetitious) content, renamed 15 Jul 2025, covers template-made, mass-produced or repetitive content with little variation; AI content from generic templates and strings of unrelated AI clips are named examples. Reused content covers collections of songs from different artists and songs changed only in pitch or speed. AI personas posing as human experts on health, legal, financial or political advice cannot be monetised (YouTube Help 2025-26).
  • US, copyright: purely AI-generated material is not protected, prompts alone give too little control, and human selection, arrangement and creative edits can be protected (US Copyright Office, Copyright and AI Part 2, Jan 2025). Sell a licence to use, not ownership, and encourage human edits.
  • Vendor licences, global: Suno's free plan is non-commercial and paid plans carry commercial rights (Suno Help 2026). Udio terms and exports were narrowing after its UMG settlement on 29 Oct 2025, Warner settled with Suno in Nov 2025, and Sony was still litigating in Jun 2026 (Dubspot Jun 2026). Re-read the terms on the day you publish a claim and show the date.
  • Content ID: a licence does not prevent a match. Creators report winning disputes by showing the plan receipt and generation timestamp (forum posts and guides seen in this research; anecdotes, not a rule); Dubspot (2026) advises keeping records of prompts and edits. Give a licence receipt per export and a dispute guide. Never promise 'no claims'.
  • EU, AI Act Article 50 (applies from 2 Aug 2026 per the Act): providers of generative systems must mark synthetic audio, image and video in a machine-readable way, and deployers must disclose deep fakes; evidently artistic or creative works need lighter disclosure. Any delay was not checked (artificialintelligenceact.eu 2026).
  • US, FTC: no fake, AI-generated or undisclosed insider reviews and testimonials, no bought followers or views (FTC final rule, announced Aug 2024). Affiliates and creator partners must disclose the connection in the video and audio, not only in the description or bio (FTC Disclosures 101, 2026).
  • Likeness and voice, global: do not offer 'sound like [named artist]' or celebrity-voice features. YouTube is building likeness tools on Content ID and backs the NO FAKES Act (YouTube CEO letter Jan 2026, as reported by Tubefilter and Variety). The US Copyright Office's Part 2 report notes that Part 1, published in 2024, covers digital replicas of a person's voice or appearance (US Copyright Office Jan 2025).

What to measure

  • Free-to-paid: freemium download-to-paid median 2.1%, top quartile above 4.5%; hard paywall 10.7% (RevenueCat 2026, mobile subscription apps; a rough guide for web tools).
  • Trial-to-paid in Photo and Video apps: median 22.2% (RevenueCat 2026).
  • Traffic mix by source: search, direct, YouTube, AI assistants. Soundraw's mix is led by search at 48.6% of desktop visits, with AI assistants third (Similarweb Sep 2026, estimate).
  • Own measures with no benchmark found: exports that reach a published video, claims per 1,000 exports, share of disputes won, time to first export.
  • YouTube channel: long-form views per video against the 5,985 global average (Metricool 2026). Channels with about 5 Shorts a month had the best long-form average and 35 or more erased the gain (Metricool 2026, correlation).
  • Affiliate programme: active partners, paying users per partner, 12-month retention of referred users.
  • Support load: tickets about licences, claims and labels per 100 users. Falling means your pages work.

Questions

Asked about AI music and video tools for creators

What is the best marketing channel for AI music and video tools for creators?

YouTube. It is where buyers live and learn tools, and where the rules that decide whether your product is safe are written. 84% of US adults use YouTube, 95% of those aged 18-29 (Pew 2026). It is the first social source for suno.com and a top-three source for soundraw.io (Similarweb Sep 2026). More than 1 million channels used YouTube's own AI creation tools every day in Dec 2025 (YouTube CEO letter, Jan 2026), so…

How often should AI music and video tools for creators post on YouTube?

One long tutorial or comparison a week if you can, every two weeks at the least, plus 1-2 Shorts a week cut from it. Channels posting about 5 Shorts a month averaged 8,789 views per long-form video against 4,364 for channels with none, and at 35 or more Shorts a month the gain vanished (Metricool 2026, correlation only).

Is TikTok worth it for AI music and video tools for creators?

Usually not at the start: Creators are on TikTok, but no 2025-26 source found shows them choosing AI music or b-roll tools there, and TikTok is not among the social sources Similarweb lists for soundraw.io or suno.com (Sep 2026, desktop only). Repost Shorts if it is free; plan no separate work. Settle it with one sign-up question: 'where did you hear about us?'.

Which months matter most for AI music and video tools for creators?

15 Jul 2025 (past, still the reference point): YouTube renamed 'repetitious' content 'inauthentic' content and tied it to mass-produced and templated content (YouTube Help 2025). Keep a pillar page on it and update the page when the policy changes. 29 Oct 2025 and Nov 2025 (past): UMG settled with Udio (29 Oct 2025) and Warner settled with Suno (Nov 2025). Udio was moving to a walled-garden model that may narrow…
