Comparisons
AI CMO tools compared: AI CMO Studio, Okara, Blaze and NoimosAI
AI CMO tools compared side by side, the four differ most on monthly price, on what that price is counted per, and on how much you can try before paying. AI CMO Studio has a free set-up, plans from $59 a month and single agents from $5, and nothing goes out without your approval.

I'm Yana, the founder of AI CMO Studio. I built it because I'm a photographer who runs 17 websites, and marketing was the part I was bad at. That makes me biased, so every rival price below comes from the rival's own page or a named review, linked and checked on 17 October 2026.
What is an AI CMO tool?
Software that plans your marketing and drafts the posts, articles and emails, so you don't write each one yourself. The four below promise much the same; where they differ is how they charge and how much you can see before you pay.
How much does an AI CMO tool cost for a small business?
Prices are listed per month, per user or per agent depending on the tool, so the unit matters as much as the number.
| AI CMO Studio | Okara | Blaze | NoimosAI | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Entry price | Free set-up; one agent from $5/month; Creator $59/month | Free plan | Starter $79/month | Pro $99/user/month |
| Middle tier | Business $159/month | Lite $129/month | Growth $149/month | Team $249/user/month |
| Top tier | Studio $259/month | Pro $249/month | Managed tier $2,499/month | Advanced $499/user/month |
| Billing unit | Per plan, one brand | Flat, no usage-based billing | Per plan | Per user |
| Free start | Set-up free, no card | Free plan: website analysis and a 30-day strategy, no card | Paid plans from $79 | 7-day trial with 2,500 credits |
| Suits | Owners with a site, creators, social media managers | Owners who want one flat-priced AI CMO | Small brands | Solopreneurs (Pro), small teams (Team) |
What does AI CMO Studio cost compared with Blaze and NoimosAI?
Here is what sits behind our column:
- Free: $0 a month, no card. The set-up reads your site or profile and gives you a plan and brand documents in about ten minutes.
- Creator: $59 a month, or $47 paid yearly, with 3,000 credits. It needs no website and suits creators and social media managers.
- Business: $159 a month, or $127 paid yearly, with 8,000 credits. It is for a website that should be bringing customers and is not.
- Studio: $259 a month, or $207 paid yearly, with 16,000 credits. It is for a business in a hurry, with every agent working.
- One agent on its own: from $5 a month. The Instagram manager is $12 with 400 credits; the competitive analyst is $5 with 150.
Yearly billing is 20% off, and a run that fails costs no credits.
NoimosAI's Pro plan includes 30,000 credits a month. Credit counts are not comparable across tools, because each spends them on different jobs: compare what gets done, not the size of the number.
Blaze's managed tier, at $2,499 a month in Synthopia's review, costs nearly ten times our Studio plan.
What does Okara charge?
Okara's own blog lists a free plan — website analysis, positioning and a 30-day strategy, no credit card — then Lite at $129 a month ($108 billed annually) and Pro at $249 a month ($208 billed annually). Pricing is flat, with no usage-based billing.
Which AI marketing tool lets you approve posts before they go out?
In AI CMO Studio, nothing goes out without your yes. Everything the 23 specialist agents draft lands in one place; you approve, edit or reject each piece, and only approved pieces publish. Publishing goes to WordPress, Webflow, Ghost, Shopify, Wix or GitHub, or you export a .zip. The chief marketing officer agent plans the month, and the specialists draft from that plan.
Okara says the same of its agents: on its blog, every agent drafts and you approve, and nothing posts until you have reviewed it. NoimosAI's blog says publishing on its own needs explicit permission from an owner or admin.
Can you try an AI CMO tool free without a card?
Three of the four give you a way in:
- AI CMO Studio: the set-up is free with no card. Paste your site or social profile and you get a plan and brand documents in about ten minutes; the brand researcher's reading is part of it.
- Okara: a free plan with no credit card, per its blog.
- NoimosAI: a seven-day trial with 2,500 credits rather than a permanent free plan, per its blog.
I would use the free read of your own site as the test. If the plan describes your offer and prices correctly, you have the answer to the main worry about AI drafts — whether they sound like you. For something quicker first, the free tools include an AI Visibility Check that asks ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini five buyer questions, with no account.
What does per-user pricing mean for a solo owner?
Per-user pricing multiplies the listed price by the number of people who log in. For a solo owner that is one user: NoimosAI's Pro plan, at $99 per user a month, is $99. Add a freelancer and an assistant on the Team plan at $249 per user, and it is $747 a month.
Our plans are priced per plan, not per person, and cover one brand: Business includes three people on the team and Studio five. If you run three separate brands, you need a plan for each.
Which tool suits which kind of business?
- A solo consultant or coach with a site that gets few visitors: the Business plan, or one agent to start. The free set-up shows what it would plan first; Why is nobody finding my website? covers the usual causes.
- A creator or freelance social media manager with no website: the Creator plan at $59 a month, or the Instagram manager alone at $12 a month.
- An owner who wants one flat monthly price and a free plan to start: Okara's published tiers fit that.
- A solopreneur or freelancer who wants a per-seat tool: NoimosAI Pro is aimed at that group, per its pricing page.
- A small brand that wants a lower entry price: Blaze Starter, per Synthopia's review.
- Anyone wondering what an agency or a freelancer would cost instead: what marketing costs a small business sets those prices beside an AI team.
One note on us: AI CMO Studio is in beta, and I run it myself. If that worries you, the free set-up is the cheapest way to find out whether it is useful before you commit anything.

Questions
Asked about this one
What is the cheapest way to start with an AI CMO tool?
The free set-up costs $0, with no card. A single agent is the next step up, from $5 a month — the competitive analyst, with 150 credits.
Does one AI CMO Studio plan cover several brands?
No. One plan covers one brand; if you manage several, each needs its own plan. A plan does cover a small team: three people on Business, five on Studio.
What happens if a run fails?
It costs no credits, so a failed run never eats into your monthly allowance.
How can I check whether ChatGPT mentions my business?
Run the free AI Visibility Check. The post “Why doesn't ChatGPT mention your website?” explains how our own site scored 100 out of 100 on its machine-readable files and was still named in 0 of 10 answers, checked on 9 September 2026.
